Swimming Workout | 7/17/14

Distance = 1800
Time = 40-45 minutes
Equipment: kick board, pull buoy

Warm Up: 50 free, 50 breast, 500 free, 50 breast, 50 free

Kick Set: 200 IM (w/board, use fins for fly, back, and free, no finsĀ for breast), 50 breast (full stroke), 50 free (full stroke)

Pull Set: 100 IM (use pull buoy for added difficulty), 50 breast (pull only), 50 free (pull only)

Main Set: 300 IM (75 each stroke), 50 breast, 50 free

Warm Down: 100 breast, 100 free
