Well, I missed swimming on Tuesday morning, so this is it for this week!

Distance = 1650

Time = about 40 min.

WU: 400 free-easy

200 kick (w/fins)-choice

Main Set: 4 x 100 IM (:30 rest between each)

4 x 50 breast (:20 rest between each)

4 x 50 back (:20 rest)

2 x 50 fly (:20 rest)

WD: 150 free-easy
