Equipment: fins, kick board

Warm Up: 200 free, 200 IM, 100 Kick (choice)–EASY

Drills: 2 x 150 (25 fingertip, 25 right arm, 25 left arm, repeat)

Main Set: 1st 2 free, 2nd 2 IM–4 x 100, 4 x 50

Kick Set: 6 x 25 free, 2 x 100 IM (no board)

Warm Down: 100 free
