Tips for Organizing your Swimming Workouts

Just wanted to share how I organize my swimming workouts. (Click on the image below to enlarge the image.)

1. Purchase a plastic index card box for 3 x 5 sized index cards.

2. Keeping your workouts all in one spot makes it easy to just grab a workout and go. I write the distance amount on the top-right line.

3.  Write your workouts on the 3 x 5 index cards. I love the colored index cards. Feel free to color-code your workouts by distance, for example.

4. When you are ready to use your workout card, place the card in a snack-size zippered plastic bag. The 3 x 5 index cards fit perfectly in these bags and will keep your card from getting wet while you are swimming.
